Found this site very interesting although I seem to be in a minority here as I am not religous and have no strong feelings about other people's sexual choices. The whole process of finding a woman to have sex with was just too much hard work and only ever ended in disappointment. Although you never say never as far as affiars of the heart are concerned I have found life much more easy going after I decided to abstain from sex.

What a fascinating website. I have chosen to pursue the celibate lifestyle for spiritual motives and found this site very educating, helpful and supportive.

I have been celibate since my divorce 12 years ago. It can be a struggle, but it helps to have like minded friends in your corner...praying and cheering you on!!!

I have been mostly celibate since August of 1986. I did have a 2-day stand in the spring of 1995 that resulted in a miscarriage a few weeks ago. I have no sex drive and find the sex act itself to be ugly, smelly and slimy and noisy. I would like a platonic relationship with a male about my age. Unfortunately men who are my age tend to be mostly interesting 20-something young chicks. I am thrilled to find this website. It is all too easy to feel inadequate or unnatural to feel this way about sex.

Today I was thinking about my sexuality and loneliness. I have been celibate for 12 years after my marriage breakdown. I am so glad to know that there are other persons trying to live a christian life how God intended for us. My prayer is that more people find happiness is saving themselves for their spouse. Best wishes, P.

First of all I have never had a girlfriend. I am not even sure I have been loved (romantically) by any woman so far. During all my life, especially in the last years, I've been checking on how low has society fallen, and how void is the life of many people. I have always had celibate tendencies but recently I understood that I am a celibate-by-nature, and I celebrate the tons of benefits it will bring me including a life more dedicated to God and being productive without wasting time looking for a woman to marry. I don't need sex, I've been a virgin until now and there is no need to change that. Thanks for the site!

I'm so glad to have found this site! I am an incel person, I'd say 90%, and the other 10% I'm single by choice, though I think it's more accurate to say that I'm 100% incel. I wish there was some way to communicate with people like me! Anyway, it's good to know I'm not the only one in this world living this way. Thanks for keeping up this site!

I've decided to pratice celibacy, b/c i really feel that people think is everything. I can't go on a date or have a normal conversation w/ a guy w/ sex coming up. I feel my female friend mistaken sex w/ love. I've been sexual active since i was 16 and @ 26 i have enough to last me until i to get married!

I am deciding today that I want to be Celibate. I have prayed about it and have wanted to do this for a while now. I have two children by two different men and my relationships in life have been horrible. I want better for myself and I feel that this is a beautiful beginning!

Thank you so much for your site. I discovered this site from the link of Sir Ron George who came to our school last week. I'm a native born of Rwanda and I study in Nigeria in the Redeemed Christian School of Mission. I would be happy to have some friends from all over the world to exchange the words of God.

Thanks so much for your site, I really wish more people shared the same beliefs as you! It's good to know there are other people out there who also believe having sex or being in a relationship is NOT the most important thing in the world. I just wish the rest of society would stop pre-judging people just because they choose to be different!! Thanks again & keep up the good work! :)

I lost my virginity when I was 18. I knew this man but I was not in a relationship with him. He was a lot older then me and I felt pressured into having sex with him. It was cold, always rushed and casual and I always felt lousy afterwards. I also come from a christian family so I also felt extremely guilty and upset that I had let God down. I stopped seeing this man and I have not had sex since. I think the only man I will trust enough to have sex again with will be my husband. I prefer not having sex at the moment because it makes life much easier for me and I often see my friends who are having sex encounter all kinds of problems. It does pay to wait and I wish I hadnt been so naive at 18. I think sex can be a beautiful experience but only with someone special. I would like to say thankyou for making this site, it has made me aware that I'm not old-fashioned, prudish or unrealistic in wanting to wait, thankyou xxxxx

I have recently made the decision to make a promise to God to remain abstinent from sex until marriage. I have been in past relationships and have experienced the consequences of making the bad choice of having sex before marriage. This world has become over-sexualised and I often felt that I could never keep my partner happy because of the images he had in his mind of what sex was supposed to be and how I was to be sexually. With all of that said, with my Christian beliefs and knowing that hi will be blessed and highly favoured for making this choice I don't have anything to lose at this point in my life and freedom is a understatement for what I feel now.

Thanks for your wonderful site.I just want to say that in this oversexed world people think its imposible to stay a virgin. But my answer is yes ,you can dont give in to peer presure ,just because everone is doing it doesnt make it Ok.First ask your self that does God want me to?In Cor 6 paul says everything is permisable but not all that does good, therefore ask yourself does it do good to indulge in wanton sex.Just stand strong in this tide of more sex and more sex.Even if you want to reform its not too late just make a promise to God that you will have no sex before marriege and pray and ask us to pray for you.
