The whole world seems to think that a life without sex is somehow unnatural - but they are missing out on the great secret; the truth is that the more sex you have, the more you will want - this is why they keep on doing it and craving more and more. This proves that sex was intended for marriage, to bind a loving couple close together for life. For all us singles, I believe that the true treasure is in the gift of Comfort - and my body feels as comfortable now as the day it was born!!! Praise the Lord!

Virginity is a testament to a persons integrity and very few people today have an understanding or appreciation of this. Our youth has been brain-washed into thinking that waiting until marriage is abnormal and not acting on your urges makes you somehow pathologically sexually repressed. I beg to differ and I commend all of us who have risen past the oppressive peer pressure and stayed true to our values and faith.

I'm exploring the way of celibacy as a possitive alternative to marriage in order to be able to dive deeper into God's heart and be more abandoned and available to Him. I appreciate my freedom, not only in that I don't have kids, but also in that emotional freedom leaves me free to have many pure relationships with both men and women. Deep and meaningful ones. Thanks for your site, it's great.

So great to find like minded people who have the same ideologies on their lives. I have looked for a society for this all my life as I have been a lifelong celibate. Very professional but also very approachable and I look forward to networking with other celibates in my area and around the country. Keep up the good work!!

Our gracious God allows ordinary people like us to play a decisive part in bringing an eternal soul into this world and so of course the Enemy is keen to interfere.

What a great site! Thank you for normalising something which gets ridiculed in the media and for supporting other virgins and celibates.

I admire your stand for Godly and moral principles opposing the worship of self(Romans chpt 1)but in perspective God( Jesus)first said it is NOT GOOD for the man to be alone I will make him a HELPMEETHe instituted marriage not singleness.ephesians chpt 6 being the example of Christ and His Church His Bridetwo becoming One.a great mystery.

As a peer-counselor at a pro-life crisis pregnancy center, bringing up abstainence is a tough conversation to keep my clients' interest. I am always loooking for ways to prove to them abstaining is absolutely LIFE freeing & protects their futures. This site is going to make my job MUCH easier! Great info - Great site -- Thanks!!!

Interesting site but surely voluntary celibacy is a very different thing to absteining from sex before marriage? Indeed, the orignal meaning of celibate is one who is unmarried. Just a thought.

Interesting views on celibacy.. I am not Celibate but my wife has had a low sex drive thought out our marriage of 30yrs. Three years ago I had to come to terms with this fact. Stay or go. Three days walking in the mountains on my own talking to myself, you know the pro //cons of the present situation. It was the best three days spent walking. I have changed my state of mind, I live on past memories, I would not say I am a happier person without sex, but I have come to terms within myself that I do love my wife with or without sex. As the old saying goes, I look forward to my birthday. Also great article in the Daily Mail

Great article in the Daily Mail and a great website. Most of my life I wasn't celibate and for the last 2 years I've chosen to be. There's wonderful freedom and getting to know myself without the confusion and pressure I often felt. I believe I will enter a sexual relationship again, but in a very different way. Keep up the good work.

just happened on your site and commend you for it. there should be more sites like yours listed on homepages around this country. Its a shame our countries can't turn around and rid themselves of all the smut thats corrupting the youth of today. the television programs, the magizines, even the commericals today are corupt with all the sex enhanced drugs on the market, viagra being one of them. its getting so one can't even grow old gracefully anymore without sex being in the picture. i'll pass your website on and hope it enlightens others to take heed. can't hurt. keep up the good work. amma
